Share your story of how your brand came to be

The creation of my brand, Zen & Kush, was inspired my passion for healing through plant medicine, community & creative expression. I recognized the power of manifestation through self love and wanted to create a platform to creatively express that power. I began with curating intentional experiences for the community to come together and support each other.

What does beauty mean to you?

Beauty is divinity. It is creativity. It is the way we express ourselves and our gifts. Beauty is God, present in all things.

What are you daily beauty rituals?

Every day i do a breast massage mirror meditation followed by a CBD infused full body rub down. Usually after my eucalyptus steam shower, I slowly massage my entire body with nourishing oils and repeat high vibe, sensual, affirmations to all of my cells. I give acknowledgment and gratitude to every part of my body, thanking it for all of the love and support. Mirror work is a huge part of my daily ritual. I enjoy putting on some sexy lingerie with my kimono and practicing sensual, slow movement while repeating uplifting mantras to my self, telling my body how beautiful it is

What current projects are you working on?

I’m currently curating and preparing for the two year anniversary of Zen & Kush. I’m also in the process of writing my next album, set to release on 4/20.
